The light towers being installed at the Simonds Stadium, the home of the Geelong Cats, was a significant project and a major milestone for the city of Geelong and Total Waterproofing Solutions (TWS) was involved in the grouting and tower infill slab works, including the reinforcement placement.
Working with Kane Constructions, TWS carried out the structural grouting of all four light towers, with each tower being 4.5 metres wide. TWS worked flexibly with Kane Constructions to ensure the project was completed by the specified timescale.
The first AFL night game was played on Saturday 1st June 2013, when the Cats tackled the Gold Coast Suns and TWS were proud to be a part of this being possible. TWS have the capability to carry out large commercial projects of this scale and keeping to deadlines to ensure project handover dates, as well as domestic jobs of any size.
